Verve Apartments Approved
Marchese + Partners design for the Verve apartments in Fern Hill, Canberra has been approved by the Australian Capital Territory Planning and Land Management in only 6 months.
The design for this 136 residential apartment development follows on from the highly successful 'Vantage' apartments also designed by M+P which are located on the eastern side of the Fern Hill estate. Verve will be comprised of 79 x one bedroom, 43 x one bedroom + study and 14 x two bedroom apartments in a variety of layouts. The development will be spread over three buildings with one level of basement parking and other on site facilities.
The project is being developed and constructed by Hindmarsh and will proceed to market and construction over the next few months.
Together with Verve and Vantage, M+P has a number of other residential projects on the drawing board in Canberra including 3 prestige homes on the Kingston foreshore and large scale mixed development in Tuggeranong.
Bucking the trend of most other markets, the Canberra residential market has been buoyant over the last few years with outstanding sales results being achieved for off the plan apartment projects. M+P designed Vantage apartments have sold out prior to completion.
Kantarra Apartments Complete
The M+P designed Kantarra apartments in Lindfield are now complete. The project on the Pacific Highway incorporates 88 residential apartments in two buildings with basement parking for 112 cars. There is substantial landscaping to 50 percent of the site and an integrated public through site link. The project was constructed by Kell & Rigby builders and features numerous apartment styles and layouts including two storey cross over plans, through plans and ground floor courtyard style apartments. The apartments are selling well.

Lucca Apartments Selling Fast
M+P's design for Lucca Apartments, in Neutral Bay, Sydney, are now on sale and selling fast. Deposits have been taken on 20 apartments in the first few weeks on the market. "The strong demand came because the apartments are well-priced with a quality design and finishes and in a highly desirable location," said the principal of Infinity Property Agents, Michael Kurosawa.
The design consists of two five storey wings containing 49 apartments separated by a landscaped courtyard. There are three apartment styles - Classic, Premium and Penthouse, the Classic have now sold out from plan and Premium and Penthouse are selling fast. Lucca is the latest development by the award winning developer Cienna Group and is being constructed by WBHO Probuild Constructions.
