MP's design for a Stockland retirement living project consists of 2 large pavilion style buildings housing the community facilities for the retirement village. The use of light materials and colour tones reflects the Queensland vernacular and blends well with the surrounding houses. MP were commissioned to complete architecture, interiors and tender and construction documents. Winner of QMBA Award - Best Seniors and Lifestyle Housing project under $8M.
