Verve Apartments
MP’s design for the Verve apartments in Fern Hill, Canberra was approved by the Australian Capital Territory Planning and Land Management in only 6 months.
The design for tthe 136 residential apartment development follows on from the highly successful ‘Vantage’ apartments located on the eastern side of the Fern Hill estate. Verve is comprised of 79 one bedroom, 43 one bedroom + study and 14 two bedroom apartments in a variety of layouts.
The development is spread over three buildings with one level of basement parking and other on site facilities.
