Quay Street Haymarket
Constructed on the former Her Majesty's Theatre site in Sydney’s Haymarket, marchese partners won a limited design competition for this residential apartment scheme of 140 apartments in 2000. The project features a unique entry gallery, which allowed the main entry lobby and cafe to be accessed in a publicly accessible forecourt.
