Longueville Hotel
marchese partners has completed its second major refurbishment of the Longueville Hotel in Lane Cove in Sydney. After completing a major refurbishment in 1998, marchese partners were commissioned to complete a second refurbishment of the pubic bar, dining room and under bar areas as well as constructing a new modern extension including a large outdoor terrace. The terrace was required to keep pace with the changes to smoking Laws in NSW and allows patrons to enjoy the ambience of an outdoor environment.
