Mercure Hotel, Townsville
The existing Mecure Hotel in Townsville was run down and required a makeover to re-establish its standing in the Townsville market. Marchese Partners upgraded the open air lobby, restaurant and lobby bar as well as the guestrooms to lift the star rating of the hotel from 3 to 4 stars. The project was completed on a modest budget and proves once again marchese partners ability to create outstanding results on limited means.
