A master plan DA for a commercial tower on a prestigious site in Sydney’s CBD. The plan includes detailed design of the retail podium and façade and also outlines a proposed development ‘envelope’ for a commercial tower above. An in-depth design analysis resolved the many public, commercial and aesthetic requirements of the project.
