Minton House
marchese partners' design for the refurbishment of Minton House in Kings Cross involved the conversion of the existing 1930’s building into 30 strata office suites which combined period detailing with modern functionality. The project preserved the period character and created a luxurious art deco inspired ambience much like that of a boutique hotel. The addition of new bevelled mirror panels, feature carpet, large ottoman and pendant lighting has created a refined and plush working environment.
