Principal and Managing Director

Steve is a founding partner of marchese partners joining Eugene Marchese to form the practice in 1995. He is now Managing Director of marchese partners in Australia leading all aspects of the business in its Australian operations.

General Management, Client liaison and a high level of design and construction skills head Steve’s list of a abilities.  Steve has been instrumental in the completion of many of marchese partners most recognised projects including; the Village Docklands Masterplan and V1 tower in Melbourne, Paramount Apartments, 185 Macquarie Street Apartments, Republic 1 and 2, Top of The Town and the Bondi Icebergs refurbishment.  Steve’s commitment, expertise and design capabilities have played a significant role in marchese partners ability to provide its unique high quality design service for its clients. He now oversees all project teams to ensure that same level of commitment and service is maintained for all Marchese + Partners projects.

Together with the Chairman, Steve is now also responsible for setting the strategic direction for the firm’s future development and direction.
